Brothers In-law(n)

It was a long time coming, even if we didn’t realize it. Coincidentally, I actually first met Chris on a lawn. Vacation Bible School at the Mt. Blanchard United Methodist Church, I believe it was a riveting game of freeze tag that first introduced us.

Fast forward 25 years and here we are, long time friends turned brothers in-law, now business owners. We’d halfheartedly mentioned the idea of of starting a lawn care company here and there, both pining at the chance to ditch the corporate work force and be outside doing things that we enjoy. Sometimes, an unexpected event happens and distant dreams have the chance to quickly become a reality.

Life does indeed hand you lemons and it handed Chris a big one. Mow-Ments Lawn & Land Care is us squeezing that lemon. An unexpected layoff has turned into an amazing new opportunity; an opportunity that we intend to turn into lemonade.

This wouldn’t be possible without the unwavering support of our wives (Michelle and Stephanie), our amazing family, and all of our friends. We ask you all to join us in this journey, it’s going to be a fun ride. Hopefully not too bumpy, as we have a lot of grass to cut!
